Beacon Barkery launched the Beacon Barks street festival and dog parade nearly a decade ago, and it’s since become a staple in the Beacon community. More than 5,000 locals attend annually to celebrate man’s best friend. We work with local animal shelters every year to promote the benefits of animal adoption during the event. Come out and enjoy the street festival while contributing to a good cause!

Take advantage of the sun by bringing your dog out to the Beacon Dog Park! The Beacon Barkery is very involved in the community’s dog park. Managed by a board of directors who built Beacon Dog Park in a city park, this pristine dog park is here for your enjoyment at no cost to the tax payers. There are two dog parks (one for small dogs and one for larger breeds) and you can become a member even if you don’t live in Beacon, New York!
